Pros:Good design, Easy to add new card, can configure very easily, very quiet
Cons:not compact, too big
The Bottom Line: If you are thinking about new PC go Dell. Only disadvantage is that they frequently change/upgrade model spec so you feel over paid after 3 months!
I bought this model on July. This is trouble free and very fast compare to my Athron 1000 machine. Dell customer service was also very helpful. One design disadvantage is the floppy slot. It does not pop up the disk well. However there is no other complain at all. All CD came with box are application and OS independent, meaning you can install only desired application after you clean up your Hard drive. So, if you are computer savvy and want to configure your machine as you want Dell system is very flexible for your needs. It does not give you one "Restore CD" as recovery option.
