I purchased this phone through PACIFIC BELL, the model number is a bit different since it is made for PACIFIC BELL and has extra features that work with PACIFIC BELL's message center. I started having problems shortly after I had purchased it. PACIFIC BELL exchanged it, then I continued having problems with the new one they sent me. I may be next to the base and I will get OUT OF RANGE. When it does work, the sound has static. People can barely hear me. The ringer is really low. The phone is bulky and heavy, it has no lighted LCD or keypads. This phone is a total DUD! By the time I had exchanged it and gone through the process with PAC BELL, my 30 day return policy had expired therefore I could not get my money back. As a result I was out over $200.

Totally Avoid this phone and buying from PACIFIC BELL! Their phones are pricey and do not work.
