I really like this store. I've been shopping with them for years.
I read the reviews about problems with returns but I've never had any problems.
I've returned a few clothing items that didn't fit right (ok I didn't measure before ordering). I took the time to clean all the hair off the things I returned. I have a short haired dog and her hair gets into everything! SitStay says in their return policy that you can't send things back with hair on them so I didn't. They refunded my credit card and emailed me that it was returned. No problems.
I agree with their "fantastic customer service" advertising. Over the years I've emailed them a few times with questions. They got right back to me with the answers. I think their website is easy to use. I like that I can see my old orders online and the wishlist is very neat. I can't always get everything I want everytime (too many great things SitStay!) so I put them in my wishlist and they are their next time I come into the store. I have a pretty long wishlist too!
I get my orders real fast. My girl always knows when her SitStay box is here. She goes nuts and I let her help me open the boxes.
I like that SitStay really cares about dogs. I really love my girl and I like a place that doesn't carry the junk I see in other stores. Keep on doing what you're doing SitStay!
