"I have used Amerisave twice for refinancing and they make it a completely painless process. Both times the representatives have been knowledgeable, courteous and completely accessible- and on top of that they got me the lowest rate I could ever hope for and completed the whole process lightning fast, I can't reccomend them enough! Do make sure you read ALL the info on the website and understand that the Sure Fee is NOT the only fee- it's all there in the loan details and closing costs link. They do everything by email and FAX- last time they sent the notary to my house for all the closing signatures- could NOT be easier or more painless. My representative was Timothy Atkinson- he is SO accessible and easy to work with- first time it was Blake Miaolus- ditto- just as knowledgeable and organized. And the speed with which they get things dome is totally amazing- they told me it sould take less than 2 weeks from appraisal to close. WOW! i couldn't be happier! I will be able to pay off my house in half the time with the rate and terms they are getting for me
