BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE -> there are better places

The prices are good but there are better places. What I went to Iherb.com for was their customer service. HOWEVER, recently I paid an extra 9.00 to get my order in two days. I placed my order on a Wednsday and did not receive it till the Monday very late. I've shopped many places online and most notified me if my order did not make the cutoff to receive my order in a timely manner especially since I paid the extra 9.00 to receive Friday.
They took their time processing my order, they never notified me it wouldn't be received Friday.
And, their customer service is ran by canned responses from them which is only upsetting me more. They're ridiculous. There are better places with very comparable pricing ... house of nutrition for example.
