We were looking for a new washer and dryer and found home everything while doing a search for the product online. There price was competitive, the free shipping was nice. Since I am never home, in home delivery was important. On there site, they asked for my zip code to see if it was applicable in my area. Lucky for me it was.
I could not decide to go for the in home delivery for $50 or the in home with installation at $150.00. My concern was that if I took the in home, they would not bring it all the way down my stairs into the basement.
So I called, the rep explained that for $50 they most likely would not take it all the way down the stairs and into the room of choice. That would qualify as install. She walked me through the checkout.
About 5 days after that, my wife received a call from a delivery company calling to set up an appointment. They gave her a 2 hour window.
The washer dryer we received works great. I was happy overall with the experience. My only critique, they need more reps handling the phone. I stayed on hold for what felt like 10 min. Once I got them on the phone, the rep took her time and was nice. I guess that is why they have long hold times.
