Now, as for the stove. This is an attractive stove-as far as stoves go. The ceramic flat top is easy to clean and even when something "gooey" gets slopped on top it can be removed. The self cleaning oven requires only minimal maintenance and the flat screen "buttons" stay clean with a quick wipe after cooking.

A few nice features are the built in timers, lights, different settings available, warning indicators for hot burners [once the heat is turned off the light will stay on to warn others that the burner hasn't cooled. A nice feature if you've ever mistakenly wiped off a ceramic top while it's still hot!!]. In fact, I probably dont use the majority of the buttons but it's nice to have them when you want them [for example, the dual timers is nice during holidays when cooking/baking several items]. The display is easy to see in green bold numbers.

I'm particularly impressed with the sensible design of this and the overall 'feel'. It's substantial feeling without being bulky. Very little excess heat escapes when baking and overall, it's attractive. So, what's the problem you may ask. well, the only complaint I have is that the burners tend to not work well in the medium range. For example, medium heat is still rather low. High is really high so when cooking you tend to either simmer or boil--but little in the middle range. It just doesn't want to adjust well to that setting.
