Before I was able to play this game I had Warcraft 1 which was fun to play so that's why I got Warcraft 2.

Good things about Warcraft 2 over Warcraft 1:
It had much better graphics and sound than the first one.
Can group more battle ready troops together than the first one.
You have naval and air power you can control.

Some things I wish they kept from Warcraft 1:
Building walls you can't do that in the second one.
Create Daemons, they have them in the second but you can't create them, and they are not as strong.

The game is overall very fun to play it has many levels you have to conquer and some take a long time before you do so. You also have the ability to set up your own scenario and create your own map and starting properties.

The only thing I would change is that the Knights, Ogres, and everyone else that has magic use it automatically when facing an attack. When you have 15 Ogre-Mages and Death Knights, many die while I try to click on them one at a time and then pick an enemy target to use their magic against.

But overall it's fun to play and I went through and conquered each level being the Humans and Orcs many times. You may get frustrated a few times before you get the hang of the game, but after that you'll be stuck in front of the computer playing it all the time.
