I got my truck in 1995 as a high school student and I still have it now. It had 86,000 miles on it when I got it and now it has 180,000. No major problems. Replaced the transmission bearings but thats it. It burns a little oil now but not much. This truck is great. It runs well on the highway at 70 and around town. Since it is a truck without power steering it can be tough to drive around in a parking lot. I put new Rancho shocks on it to give it a stiffer ride but it is a little stiffer than I want but still nice. There is only one thing that I would caution people on and that is putting speakers in the door. There is a spot behind the door paneling where it looks like a speaker would fit. The problem is that when you close the door the door stop bar occupies this space. I learned this lesson the hard way. Other than that perfect truck to move loads in and to take off roading and skiing.
