I would recommend everyone avoid this company at all costs! I placed an order a week in advance of the desired delivery date and my credit card was charged immediately. The day of delivery arrives and guess what- no flowers! We called their number, waited fifteen minutes for someone in India to answer the phone and got some Rep with very limited English skills who couldn't even tell me the Florist being used. He kept promising delivery by 5 PM- 6:15 rolls around and still no flowers. When I called back again, I was told the "Research Department" would have to call me back within 2-3 Business days. What a joke!
