I shopped around locally for Baby Furniture. The prices I received from minitots.com were almost 50% less than my local Baby Furniture Store.
I did some comparison shopping on the web for the the same furniture and minitots.com was very comparable. They may not of always been the cheapest on price but they were very close within a few dollars difference on each item.
One of the main reason I purchased from minitots.com was their excellent customer service record according to other people leaving positive reviews.
I purchased my Kalani Crib and matching Furniture from minitots.com and they arrived on time as promised. I did have a issue with one drawer being damaged in transit which the minitots.com customer service quickly resolved by ordering replacement right away.
Once again the customer service team at minitots.com was awesome to deal with. No matter if I called them or send them an email they responded the same day or the next day.
I mostly worked with Lisa and she was awesome. I wish she sold other products like cars or homes because I would buy those items from her also.
I didn't plan on needing the customer services on the Furniture but I am really glad that I purchased them from a dealer that stands behind their products and customers.
I will buy and will recommend minitots.com
