Before the birth of our first girl, I was looking for nice furniture. I did my searching online. I found the minitots website easy to navigate and get more information about the products they offered. They even display their sale items and promotionals at the top of the home page. A nice feature that you don't have to hunt for featured sale items and promotionals in an online store.
The item description said that this product would be shipped 3-5 days after the order, it shipped in 3-5 business days.
With the price and shipping costs from other online retailers for this furniture, I saved about $400.00! With such a deal you always think: Will I get this delivered in a reasonable amount of time? Will this product be defective or scratched up? Will this company just take my money and run?
Well, with the baby coming soon, I just didn't have the time or brain space to worry about my order. Nor did I have to worry about my order. When the product was sent, minitots emailed to let me know they received my order and a confirmation number. The email also mentioned that I could track my order through My Account section. For the first couple of days I would go to the minitots website and track my order. As I recall, they direct you to the shipper's tracking site and you can see exactly where the package was last logged. Many reputable online stores will allow you to track your orders via the shippers tracking number, as minitots did.
The next week I didn't check the status of my order since I was busy getting ready for the new baby. Six days had past since I ordered my furniture and I was in the hospital holding my new son. The next day my husband told me that all the furniture arrived in perfect condition.
I was thrilled to know that the crib and furniture came just in time.
I plan to use minitots again, and would recommend minitots to anyone looking for good prices and cheap and reliable shipping for products geared toward babies and young children.
