The product is good, except for the cheap routers, the customer service is crap. Nice installers, after that it goes to crap quick.
If you call for anything you have to speak to this robot lady, and she will ask you all kinds of questions she never understands, my blood pressure goes through the roof as I yell into my cell phone "agent, agent, agent"! I press zero zero zero to no avail, I yell billing, service, help ... Eventually after about 15 mins you get to somebody and they transfer you to the right person five minutes later. 20 minutes and three years off your life later, you are talking to somebody.
The pain doesn't end here, the agents will tell you anything, I mean they are literally just making this crap up, it's almost comical. I have never, never, never seen customer service anywhere near this poor. It is abismal, abismal, abismal. They told me they were going to modify my service cancel this, send me another box, it's like it never happened. I call back the next person has no idea, and every time the process is different.
You don't believe me call them, you don't have to be a customer. See how long it takes them to prove you are not a customer, than wonder how could they possibly provide any kind of service. If you get the one guy I talked to he'll probably tell you he's sending you a free dvr, no worries!
