Unfortunately I went against my better judgment and purchased from this company in spite the overwhelming number of poor reviews. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND BE DUPED BY THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. I placed an order for 2 of the same item that was listed as in-stock on Jan. 18, 2009 and instantly received an email that it would ship in 5 business days. THREE WEEKS LATER not only I had I still not received the items (nor any notification from the company of any anticipated delay) but they had actually charged by credit card for the total amount (almost $140)!! I emailed the company inquiring about the status of the order and after several days a reply came only stating that a tracking number would be emailed to me in 1-3 business days. Another week passed and still no items and no tracking number. I emailed again, stating that I expected this matter to be handled by a supervisor who has the ability to expedite the shipping and try in some way to rectify the situation. However, I was received by a very unapologetic email stating that they "would try" and I should expect to receive the items "shortly." Today is Feb. 22 --OVER ONE MONTH FOLLOWING MY INITIAL ORDER -- AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE ITEMS, NOR HAVE I RECEIVED ANY CREDIT TO MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT, OR ANY EXPLANATION OR APOLOGY FROM THE COMPANY...MY STORY IS NOT THE ONLY ONE OF THIS KIND - do some research on this company - there are tons of similar complaints, informally but also on-record with the Better Business Bureau.
