After several unsuccessful and painfully-long attempts to refinance my mortgage, I received a postcard in the mail from RFC.  As the very last resort, I decided to give it a try.  Mark Garrett answered the call.  He was very re-assuring and confident.  He laid out the plan, gave me timeframes and promised to keep me appraised of the progress.  Ofcourse I was skeptical but he soon became the only hope I had to keep my home.  He delivered! On each and every single promise … and more.  I felt like we were almost family by the time we were through.  Mark is a true professional with outstanding service and commitment to his clients.   He is very friendly and straight forward.  He quickly creates an atmosphere of trust and maintains it through the entire process.  He makes you feel that you can count on him. This was not my first time to purchase real estate, but it was clearly the most outstanding service I have ever experienced. 
Its individuals like these and companies like RFC that are truly making a difference in the lives of many and should be commended.
