Bad experience this time

I have made an order. When it arrived in the UK the postage and tax came to very high amount, tax on it's own would not be possible to come to this amount. It looked like it was sent underpaid postage. I have never received the parcel and would like to get a refund. Endless emails to iHerrb and what I get is auto reply, that they are busy. Very bad service. Now I need to make a claim to my credit card company to have my money refunded. Would not recommend iHerb to anyone.
