You can't use the same review or you'll likely get some low rates, since posting two places is against the polices of the site. You can, of course, take the information and repackage, and that's fine.
The reason I'm suggesting the book review placement is that more folks are likely to find the info. Wrtier's Corner typically isn't a high hit area. It's not linked in to products. You'll see more members and less outside readers here in the WC. Your material and writing are excellent, so it's a shame to have limited readership. Adding the actual book review would almost surely give you a bigger reader base.
