WARNING to all CRICKET users.

Pros:No comment
Cons:Cricket Wireless is/has "mistakenly" directed their customers complaints to a sexline for over a year.
The Bottom Line:

They dont put the customer first.  If they were about customer service, they would NOT be ok with directing their customers a sex line.

Cricket Wireless offers an insurance plan for its wireless customers. If you have an issue you can call a toll free number THEY provide to you, this number is provided both in writing AND will be given to you in person so that you can have your issue resolved, Quickly for customer satisfaction.

REALITY:
Cricket Wireless Corporate Offices has for nearly a year now, been aware that the number they have provided to their customers AND their retailers is INCORRECT.  The 800 number infact rings to a PHONE SEX LINE.  Within a week of releasing "their toll free number" to their clients, multiple calls per day were ringing into the phone sex line.

As OWNER of THAT company. I personally have tried to have them change the number since the cricket calls started coming in (and I owned my number for the past 8 years).

At first I was told it was impossible and that cricket customers are simply mistaken, and they are misdialing (thats the nice way of saying what i was told).  They dismissed the 14 calls per day I was getting, as human error.  After 2 months of playing secretary / detective and fielding their customer service calls, I was able to prove to them that they did printed out the INCORRECT information. Instead of changing their number, they simply have CHOSEN to "deal with it as it comes up".

I will say that after MUCH nagging on my end, corporate faxed out a memo to all their retailers with the corrected number, however, MANY locations are still giving out the WRONG number. Corporate reps stopped being friendly with me as I was "being difficult" and "constantly calling" - of course with THEIR CUSTOMER INFO.

After contacting the CEO, I was given a person deal with directly.
So nearly a YEAR later, I am still getting MULTIPLE CALLS from ANGRY / CONFUSED / FRUSTRATED cricket callers calling into my phone sex line trying to process a claim on their Cricket Phone.  The contact person I have, doesnt answer /return any of my calls anymore so i stopped calling him. (hey it worked cricket).

As an owner of a company, the priority should be the customers and doing what needs to be done so that the customers get the service they deserve and NOT directed to call a sex line from their own employees.

Today alone I have had 5 cricket customers call me since 8am, its now 12:45pm, and they are still being given the incorrect number to dial.  Aside from the frustration, it costs me about $100 a month in toll free charges.
