Like many of you I'm VERY disappointed with my experience with HomeAnnex, BUT MAYBE I CAN OFFER SOME GLIMMER OF HOPE...KEEP READING!

I purchased a lamp via PayPal. After a few weeks of waiting I finally emailed, twice, for an update. No reply so I started to call.
I called 5 times. Each call required 20+ minutes of hold music and advertisements that make you grit your teeth. Three of these times I was told that they would refund my money within 72 hours. They did not.
Finally I called again. I don't know if they just recognized that I wasn't going to stop calling, but the agent almost immediately put me through to "Accounting".
HERE IS WHERE I MIGHT BE ABLE TO HELP: I spoke to Mark in Accounting at extension 214. He told me that he thought he would be able to provide me with a refund in the next 1-3 days. Well, I FINALLY GOT IT!
So, for those getting burned, forget their "customer service" department. Call Mark in Accounting at extension 214!!!
