I would like to know if anyone has filed a lawsuit against Orange Glo for the damage done by using their wood floor cleaning products. I would like to get any information reguarding  filing a lawsuit against this horrible company. I could check into making a claim with my home owners policy but that would put me at risk of being canceled as they only let you file so many claims before they cancel your insurance policy. This product has cost me Thousands of dollars in damages to my hardwood floors. I have done the Windex cleaning several times. The problem with this procedure is after applying the Windex I have to use flat putty knife to scrape up all the gunk. There are scratch marks all over the  floor. I have over 2000 square feet of hard wood floors that are ruined from the use this horrible  cleaning product. I had called the Orange Glo 1-800 number to  them know what had happened with their product and see if they could help with how to get it off the floor. The woman that I talked with said it was impossible to remove this product. The company needs to be held accountable for all these consumers ruining their hardwood floors. I have a video of the process that I used to get the gunk off the floors. I would like to post it to this site ....Is that possible? Please email me if you have info on how to proceed with filing a lawsuit.
