I was trying to have my list in the G-PG range because I wanted to have films on my list that everyone could watch and the logic of "family movies" is a movie the whole family can watch.
But yes, The Godfather is about A family and I would call it the best family movie ever made. But think: How many parents would let their six-year old watch The Godfather?
