| kcoker112's Full Review: Orange Glo Wood Floor Polish & Cleaner |
I just spent last weekend scraping orange glow off of all of our wood floors. Me, my fiance and my two kids worked our buns off, now my whole body hurts. I wouldn't wish Orange Glow on my worst enemy! Cleaning orange glow off your floors rates right up there with terroist interrogation techniques. To remove- Windex!!! Lots of Windex, mop the floor with windex and let it sit 5 minutes. Then in small sections, get down a scrub in circular motions with either a Dobie scrubber or a Cedar O white scrubber with a handle. Then wipe clean with a towel. The cracks will have white stuff in them, use a firm bristle toothbrush after you wipe away the orange glow residue with a towel. You will see the Orange Glow residue come off a whiteish-green color. You will need lots of windex, scrubbers, towels, buckets and mops. After you remove the Orange Glow with Windex, mop the whole floor with clean water and let dry. Then you will have to use a spray hardwood floor cleaner (NOT Orange Glow) and I microfiber mop to bring back the natual shine. Windex works! I am inclined to start a lawsuit, anyone with me? I am very serious!
