Worst experience with this 'company'.
First there's an automatic 5 day delay for any order, which i didn't see until after I ordered. Who does this ? Its 2009 how can it take five days to retrieve one item from inventory and ship it?
I tried to cancel the order because of the delay and nobody answers the phone, rather than allowing me to wait for "customer service" they send me to voice mail. What? voice mail? who does this? Is this a business or what? I left a message on day 2 of my wait and haven't heard a thing from them.
I also tried to email customer service, again no response. Is any one working there. I'd think in this economic climate they be thrilled to get a customer and treat them extremely well.
They charged my credit card before they shipped. I've been waiting for 14 days now, they charged my cc on day 2. Their system shows the order still hasn't been shipped. Who does this? Its BAD business to charge your customers before you ship, seems like it would be highly suspect too. What are they doing with my money while I wait - why do they get money while I wait. Pathetic business, never a customer again. I'll pay more next time for a reputable reliable company.
