I go around with people - some right here on this site - about the need for corporations to be regulated. They seem to think that if all regulations were immediately lifted that corporations would do the right thing out of the goodness of their hearts with no concern for the bottom line. If nothing else, this tragedy has illuminated how corporations only care about the bottom line in spite of regulations.
The politicians are no better, They will squawk the right words when the camera is on them, demanding an investigation, then take contributions from a coal-industry lobbyist to stall the legislation needed. The working man is stuck in the middle...

I really dont know what to say.
