I skeptically bought a warranty from SquareTrade for a used printer purchased from Ebay. Almost 5 months later the printer inexplicably "died". I logged into my SquareTrade account and filled out an easy to read and very streamlined online claim form. Within in moments I was redirected to a page to print out a prepaid UPS shipping label. I printed it out, dropped my package at the front desk of the hotel and moved on to the next city. Two days later I received an email stating my item had been received and my claim would be reviewed within 48 hours. Two days later I was informed that my claim had been processed and that my FULL refund was deposited into my PayPal account.
From start to end the entire claims process including shipping took less than 1 week. There were no hidden costs. No fine print to argue. No bull#&$* whatsoever.
I would and have highly reccommended SquareTrade warranties to all of my friends. Their rates are below market. Their online process is quick and efficient. Their communication is beyond exceptional. Their customer service standards are exemplary and should be taught to all of the big box retailers. Overall my experience with SqareTrade has exceeded ALL of my expectations. I will buy every warranty I need from SquareTrade until the cows come home and pigs fly. Finally a company that understands what it's like to be a customer!!
