Worst Customer Service I've encountered in a long time

When I opened the box of the $600 Skate stroller I ordered, I realized a plastic piece was broken. I contacted them, spoke to someone who said she was going to set up a return with UPS. 4 days passed by and I called to see what was going on and realized that UPS was never contacted. A new customer service representative told me that I could not just return the stroller(although it came broken and I had yet to use it!) He said he would call Peg Perego to see if they would take responsibility. He did not call me back...so I called back again and he said that Peg Perego was not picking up and he left them a message and that he would call me back when they called him, then proceeded to hang up on me. I called Peg Perego myself and they picked up!! They are working with me to solve the issue. I am extremely dissapoined with the customer service and the fact they don't seem interested in solving my problem promptly or at all. I will never shop with them again!!
