The Bottom Line
Better than any of the Airline Sites, and most of the generic travel sites. Prices are comparable with most agents however no agent fee.

I have used this site a couple of times.
Once for Business Travel and Once for Personal
I have only used the Airline Booking section. But I really like the search interface. It is unique among the various sites. It provides sorting by price, shortest flights, and departure time. It also has an index for separating by number of connections and Airline.
But more importantly than the website's interface for booking the flight is what happens after. The Web is a new experience for many and changing from booking flights directly with airlines or through local travel agents to booking through a website with an unknown company is something that many may be afraid to try.
I took the plunge with Orbitz and have been very satisfied with the arrangement. My paper tickets arrived second day as requested, all information was in order. I had no problems with any of the flights.
They handled the arrangements with the same level of skill as any travel agent. Best of all, I got a great rate, a short flight and didn't have to make any special trips. Simply turned on the computer and booked the tickets. This is great.
