This was, by far, the worst, e-purchase I every had! They took my money before the item even shipped. After days in the "Ready To Ship" status, I contacted them by email. All I received was an automated reply. Second email sent and the reply I received was 'item out of stock' but will ship in 4 to 5 business days. What?? I emailed again and received an automated response. Then I receive an email stating order was completed and shipped with a tracking number for the USPS. Hold on.....I paid for EXPRESS SHIPPING!! When the order arrived the packing slip said 2 out of the 3 items I ordered were out of stock! I couldn't use the item I received without one of the other items I ordered. Extremely frustrating. I finally called customer service and waited the average time of 9 minutes before my call was answered. Of course I received the scripted "I am sorry" "I know how you must feel". They couldn't put a manager on the phone because none were around. I will be calling back today and demanding to speak to a manager to vent and get a refund. Hopefully I will receive my money as quickly as they took it. Please head my words........stay away from this merchant.
