HORRIBLE! Filthy, overpriced, cheap crap! Terrible CS!

Ordered $700 worth of merchandise from them, including a curtain set. Shipped the curtain rod assembly and one of the finials was broken, looked like it had been reglued and broken twice. Plus the parts were absolutely filthy, looked like they fell off the boat from China. I called customer service, was told a replacement finial would take 6-8 weeks. I asked why they couldn't sent me a whole new assembly to swap, they said their returns department was all backed up (in February?). However, I could shell out the money to order another entire assembly which would be delivered in 3-4 days. RIDICULOUS!! Since it was for my daughter's birthday, I agreed to order another set but I told their CS supervisors (who were totally rude) that this was akin to extortion. Returned the other set, they still haven't refunded my money! The curtains must have photographed much better than they looked, they were slightly above toilet paper quality fabric. The screws stripped as soon as we screwed them into the wall; there must have been a hell of a markup on this item, the curtain rod assembly couldn't have cost them more than a couple cents to manufacture.
On top of it all, the rest of my order took 3 weeks to ship. Nor would they honor the promo code for a free cooler (order went through and then got an email stating they were sold out of the item, why allow the code then?)
I have ordered items from them in the past and been pleased with the quality, but I wouldn't place another order with them now if my life depended on it. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!! I hope this recession drags the Company Store out of business!
