When what I ordered was not readily available, I cancelled the order prior to its being shipped. But not only was it shipped anyhow, they shipped me two of the item Lighting Direct admitted they had made a mistake and would pay for the return. Again, they did it in twos, first FedEx then UPS arrived to pick up the items. I tracked the return and provided Lighting Direct with return data. They promised a refund but here I am two weeks later without a refund being sent to my credit card. I am familiar with the speed of electronic signals (the speed of light but not Lighting Direct). Throughout the ordeal, every agent has been totally agreeable but at the same time totally incompetent.
