HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I had originally placed this order, but I cancelled it shortly thereafter as we didn't have the appropriate funds for such a purchase. I was ensured that it was cancelled, but received no confirmation, nor confirmation number. Over a month passed by and I was under the impression that it had been cancelled, only to find out that money was charged to our account without our permission, and the item shipped out. After being told that the order was cancelled, you can imagine the financial problems we were unprepared for because of this purchase going through without our approval. Yes, I originally gave that approval, but I should think that calling to cancel the order would negate that approval with any company that cares about their customer service. Several attempts were made to contact botach in order to notify them of their mistake, and I was told that after refusing shipment, as soon as they receive the item back, they would credit us. I tracked the package and even went as far as to notify botach of it's arrival, in order to assist in the credit back to our account. Again, no confirmation number or email was sent to me, even after I specifically requested one. I do not approve of the way I have been treated by this company, nor do I approve of the service (or lack there of) I have been rendered.
