There are a lot of different companies hawking their warranty or plans, but when it comes to a great online warranty purchase Square Trade is by far the best choice I have ever made. The purchase process is very simple and super easy at their on-line store. There is no high pressure sales person and the whole process takes less than 10 minutes. If the easy of purchase isn’t enough, the cost of a Square Trade warranty is next to nothing compared to most warranties on the market, and it comes without any strings attached. The best part of purchasing as Square Trade warranty is their incredible customer service. I bought a warranty on a refurbished printer that I had purchased on eBay. To begin, Square Trade made getting a long priced warranty a piece of cake. When the printer malfunctioned and it came time to collect on the warranty, the people at Square Trade were friendly and very helpful. The printer could not be serviced locally and was too big to mail in for service so with just one phone call and a faxed agreement they quickly and painlessly approved a payment for the purchase price of the printer. Two days later I had a payment for the complete amount in my Pay Pal account. What could be better than that!
