Took forever to ship and poor customer service.

I purchased an in stock item from their website on a Sunday. On Monday I would have expected it to ship, but instead I got some vague email at 5pm that the item was in stock. I thought I had already known that from the status on the website, other than confusing, the email was useless. I waited until Wednesday and still no update. I sent them an email as to the approximate ship date and I got no response. On Thursday afternoon, I called them and asked for a ship date. The customer rep said “probably tomorrow”, then I replied “ just go ahead and cancel the order”. She replied “ok, your money will be refunded within a few days” <click>. Hmm, that was nice, first they billed me long before they shipped and then she was rude as hell and could care less.
Never again.
Called Amazon right after I got off the phone and it shipped the very next day.
