4 weeks later and my order still hasn't arrived! Don't shop at babyage!

I ordered a stroller from babyage.com March 5th, 2009. Today is April 2, 2009. Babyage put the wrong province and postal code on the package for delivery with UPS. I called babyage to notify them when I tracked the stroller to find out why it had not arrived yet. Babyage was friendly, apologetic and said they would send out a new stroller. This is April 2nd and babyage STILL has not shipped the stoller to me. The customer service department is now "short" with me on the phone and can offer no explanation as to why the stroller still hasn't been shipped. I am only told that "a manager is working on it". When I ask to speak with a manager I am told the manager just stepped into a meeting. I have been told at least 4 times that someone would call me back, nobody ever has. PLEASE don't shop at babyage. The true colours of a company are how they handle things when things go wrong, and babyage is failing.
