Full product description backed by a good chat experience. Found the site through NexTag. The chat room fires right up. I reported a problem with the toll free number and they followed up - which was appreciated. The product I was interested in had difficult specifications, which they verified. For example - there is a problem with those seeking Windows Vista upgrades. There are many divers versions of Vista upgrades available. One of the more difficult elements of selecting a Vista upgrade is determining if it will run on a 32 bit or 64 bit machine. Many of the images of sites do not display this information well, or the packaging is different depending upon the upgrad version and other elements. The one thing Outled Deal did correct is to identify whether the upgrade software works on a 32 bit or 64 bit machine in the product description. In looking for this information from different companies, even the software company, seemed to not know for certain whether or not a particular version worked for 64 bit processors. It's a small piece of information - but the one piece I needed to make the purchase, other than price. I ended up with a good price - and if it wasn't the lowest price - it was the only price that let me know I was getting a 64 bit upgrade - or the whole effort was a waste of money. Thanks.
