Very bad experience, will never use hotwire again!!!

If you want to book a hotel, don't go to hotwire.com. Their information is not correct and their customer service is terrible!! No refund or exchange for any reason, even it is their fault!!! I booked a hotel and the distance from the airport was not as they described. It was much further away. I called them for a change, they would not do so, not to mention a refund. Their attitude was very RUDE. I think they just do not care. Oh, they have this big power that they do not deal any refund with any credit card company. I tried to dispute this order because I never stayed in that hotel. But my credit card company told me that basically no dispute against hotwire would succeed, even it is their fault because they just do not give any credit. They said they will not refund you anything until you are dead, even its their fault. I seriously doubt a dead person would ask for the credit. This is not an ads or something. I had a much more pleasant experience with hotel.com. You know much more information before placing order and you can cancel your order anytime till 24 hours before checking.
