My experience with Quicken Loans was outstanding!  A friend recommended them after his favorable experience.  I'm very glad he did.  I was shopping around for a month or two and did not find anyone to be very helpful or friendly.  They just gave me the raw facts about a loan and left it at that.  Not very inviting at all.  Then I spoke to Charles Clark at Quicken Loans and everything fell into place.  He was very helpful and told me what I needed to hear about refinancing.  It was quite the education.  I only thought I knew what I was doing.  He took me step by step through the process to ensure I fully understood what I was doing.  After which Quicken Loans offered me a great refinancing deal and I took it without hesitation.  After Charles got me started in the process, Gina Sanchez took over and made my wife and I very comfortable every inch of the way.  She did an excellent job ensuring we were well informed during the entire process and all the necessary paperwork was completed in a very timely and convenient manner.  Overall, a marvelous process with a happy ending.  We have a home loan that's affordable and with the best of terms.  Just what we envisioned but were not sure we would be able to get it.  But thanks to Quicken Loans, Charles Clark and Gina Sanchez we are truely satisfied customers and will recommend Quicken Loans to everyone!
