I ordered two copies of the Textbook....

I ordered two copies of the Textbook. I requested new books and received used books. I was dissappointed because these are medical texts, and I will be retaining my medical texts as references...and this was the first time I had ordered from this site. I called the customer service number provided and was given a 25% discount. For this reason, I will probably order from this sight again.
