I loved mine - but it just died! HELP!

Pros:expensive
efficient
quiet - mostly
air smell clean
Cons:can be a pain in the neck to clean
it died :(
The Bottom Line: I would buy another one - hopefully a little less costly
I have 2 Ionic Breeze filters (with the ozone filters) and loved it so much that I sent my mom the one with UV light to kill germs -she loves hers!
One of mine just died :( I am so sad! I cannot find my warranty information can anyone help me out with the contact info for the product? HELP!
They are expensive - I got a "deal" all 3 for about $600 but it has made a huge difference in my allergies and asthma, and helped my mom too. My house smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when I first moved in despite cleaning and painting the walls - I plugged the Ionic Breeze into my Living Room and Bedroom (so quiet) and within a week there was a huge difference, and after a month no one could smell it any more (even visitors)!
I agree that it can be difficult to clean - warning do not use in room with a lot of candles even with moderate use - almost impossible to clean and i think that may have done mine in (I have several candles but rarely use them - but it definitely made mine hard to clean due to dirty waxing substance)
Mine collect a dark grimy substance on the outside and pet fur can block the vents - I often wipe off the fur, and clean the outside with a damp cloth with a touch of cleaner and have even gone so far as to clean the vents individually a couple times a years with q-tips dampened with diluted cleaner
I hope someone can help me with the Warranty and contact info.
