DON'T ORDER FROM VETAMERICA...TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered 3 different products from VetAmerica and was told there was a delay in shipment. If the order was delayed for more than 1-3 days, they would let me know. Then they sent a partial order and said one of the items that I ordered was out of stock. The reason why I ordered everything together was to save on shipping...they charged me for the entire shipping amount but never sent the full order. When I contacted customer service, they said they had sent an e-mail saying they didn't have one of the products. I never received it so asked them to re-send the e-mail but of course they weren't able to find it (BECAUSE THEY NEVER SENT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE). I order everything online and all other companies ask before shipping partial orders. VetAmerica did not because they didn't want to lose the business. I will never oder from them again!!
