I was skeptical using the internet (versus using my local banks) to re-finance my home but found Quicken Loans extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I did my homework prior to using Quicken Loans since there are so many internet scams out there, I was extremely cautious. Their customer service skills are extremely good. They are very professional yet personable. I was extremely pleased with how quickly I was able to close on my home. I believe it was around 3 weeks or so, and I was ready to close. The handoff from Mortgage Banker to Client Relations to the Closing Team was seamless. You can track the status of your loan throughout the entire process via the web. Most of the web documents use signature capture which eases the amount of paperwork that has to be sent in as well as forms that are ready to be faxed in. I was informed every step of the way and my questions were answered typically that same day. The loan application paperwork that the homeowner gets to keep is extremley well organized, easy to read, and all binded together in a nice booklet. That is much better than all of that loose paperwork that I get from the lawyers at closing on other home loans. It was a great experience and would highly recommend Quicken Loans for financing your home.
