Refused to sell at advertised price-misled me

I ordered a Wii game from DeepDiscount at an advertised price of $18. It was out of stock, but they assured me that it would be shipped within 2 weeks. I was leaving the country for 2 years and needed the item to come within that time frame, but it didn't, and was followed by another assurance of being sent within 2 weeks.
After this occurred for 2 months, I emailed them and asked if it was actually going to be sent, or if this biweekly assurance was going to continue ad infinitum. They said they expected the product to ship shortly. I checked their site, and it was still for sale at $18, though it was out of stock
Then recently, 3.5 months after i ordered the product, they told me the item had been discontinued by the producer. I checked their site. It was in stock, but repriced at $38. I sent an email asking what happened, and they said they had only had a limited number to sell at $18. I understand that this could happen, however, they left the listing up for months after running out of the item, while continuing to assure me that the product would be sold to me.
I think they dragged it out as long as they did in the hopes that I would eventually cancel my order and not notice what they had done. So here I am 3.5 months later, no game, and no easy way to get it, living abroad. I would have paid more at the beginning to just get the item. If I could give a negative rating, I would.
