The Quicken Loans experience went very well. No surprises at closing. Scott Gregg my Mortgage Bankerwas very helpful and always called back. A very professional company. The loan processing department was very helpful and efficient. They could solve any question that came up during the loan process. They set up an on-line account for each applicant so it easy to check the status of your loan. Email and electronic faxing was very helpful in the loan process. I would recommend Quicken Loans to my family and friends. Thanks for a great experience. Kimm Schultz my Client Care Specialist's, was excellent. Her whole group was always very helpful. My Client Care Specialist, was my main contact throughout my loan process, to put all of the pieces together and was responsible for requesting additional documents from me prior to my closing. After the verification process was complete, you were able to view your approval letter. You could print your Approval Letter, directly from your personal sign-on, as many times as you like. On the Quicken Loans site you are able to verify all of your personal and mortgage information. On the Quicken Loans site you were able to keep track of where you were in the loan process along with a list of documents the still required you send. They also kept track of al the documents you had already sent.
