Really pleased with their service, their site's rate quotes are accurate if you input info correctly too! This is my second refi with them. Both were smooth and as advertised. Local appraisers are required by this company so you don't get some guy from a hundred miles away appraising your unique neighborhood. The loan agent was accessible as were the processors - seems e-mail is best, but as needed phones worked well most times too. I would highly recommend them!
To start you should go online and input your loan requirements. An accurate credit score makes a difference. If you do it all correctly, you will get the exact rate the loan agent will give to you if you select apply. These are reall agents, not salesmen. If you are ready to get the loan they will do the job well. If not, you can access the site and input different senerios for your loan - just don't click apply and you won't be getting calls from the agents. THE APPLY button is what signeal them that you are ready. I was surprised that their system actually recorded every senerio I had ever tried in their site.
The site is absolutely up tp date too. I think they pdate it several times a day, and you are really getting acurate closing costs too.
I would HIGHLY recommend thusing Amerisave. They seem to be well regulated, and have never set me up with a bad loan.
