This company is the absolute worst of Internet Retailers. They charged me for some "Platinum Club" service that I never ordered nor authorized. I emailed to get a refund and they refused stating that "We have reviewed your order and it shows that initial Members are not refundable" - I'm not even sure what that means - when I asked for clarification, they ignored my request. I then called and also got no where. I compare these guys to common street criminals. I also emailed their warranty group twice to obtain warranty information for a "recertified" Samsung LCD that I bought a couple months ago (their Web site instructs you to do this), and they never responded; no warranty information was included in the box - also, the LCD panel showed up worn and scratched. I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO BUY FROM A MORE REPUTABLE SELLER: NewEgg, Amazon, Buy.com, etc... there are MANY better options - I should have read the reviews first, but I assumed eCost was legit. Clearly, they spend money on their Web site and infrastrucutre. Why on earth don't they just behave like a legitimate reseller??? ALL OF THE REVIEWS HERE DO NOT LIE - THE NUMBERS TELL THE TRUTH - SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!
