46 days of delay in shipment and counting

I ordered glasses and they said it takes 4-6 days to ship for this kind of glasses. they charged my credit card instantly. After 13 days they still didn't ship the glasses. I called them during the business hours and the automated answering system made me wait 25 minutes on the phone and nobody answered. I checked the online help, nobody was there. After half an hour I found someone at the online help and they kept me waiting for an hour. I am still waiting for my glasses.
Update!!! It has been 46 days and I still havent received my glasses. They said that it was lost in the mail so they will send it again. When I told them I want a refund, they told me that they can only give the 70% of my money back.I called the customer service phone more than 10 times and couldn't find anyone to talk to. After a couple of tries I managed to get hold of someone online and she wasn't polite.
