I also have problems with my FreshMatic leaking. I have my unit mounted high on the wall in the laundry room, so I had a bit of stretch to get it down off the wall to refill. Imagine my surprise when I was suddenly doused with oily air freshner, all over my clothes, running down my arm, in my hair, etc.. I sent an email to Air Wick asking if it was just a faulty spray can or if I should expect this on every refill. They didn't answer my question, just sent $6 in coupons. Because I bought my FreshMatic at a warehouse club and it came with three refills, I decided to give it another shot. I just replaced the second can today and had the same issue, but luckily this time I was prepared with plenty of paper towels!
