Worst Online Shopping Experience EVER!!!

In early December, I made my first purchase with Skinwest. I bought Dermanew microdermabrasion cream, a packet of replacement heads for the Dermanew device, and a tube of extra strength cream. All in all, three seperate items. Simple order. No where on the item descriptions or on my check out page, when I paid for the items, was I notified that any of the items were on back order. My credit card was charged ASAP, within 24 hours of placing my order. When I received no emailing regarding the shipment of my order, after 3 days, I called them. I had to call about 4 times and hold for several minutes before someone finally picked up. I was told that my order would be shipping the very next day. They were just a bit backlogged due to the fact that it was Xmas time. A week later, I called again. I called and called and called. After no less than twelve attempts, I finally got a hold of someone, who told me that my items were on backorder, but I should have them in time for Christmas. Christmas came & went, & so did New Years. After the holidays, I started calling again. I sent faxes. I sent emails. It usually took about three days of constantly calling to get through to a human being once. The rest of the time it was impossible. Finally, in the third week of January, I received two of the three items. I called again. Couldn't get a hold of anyone. I emailed. I faxed. I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau. In the middle of February I received my last item. It had been 10 weeks since placing my order. I had called no less than 50 times and only managed to speak with a human being about 5 times, after holding for an average of 20 minutes. I sent several faxes and over a dozen emails. I never received an apology or even an explanation, other than "back ordered". I even called the Dermanew company, that sells directly to the public and asked them why items would be on backorder for so long. They told me that I was lied to and that none of their resellers were ever on backorder for any of their items for more than 10 days, with the vast majority back in stock within 3 days. Even the guy at the Better Business Bureau said that if you have to call Skinwest, you are basically up the creek. Check out their rating with the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had done so before ordering.
