Terrible experience. Month long wait on camera. Lied to me.

I had a horrible experience and I recommend any other camera store over Bway Camera (I've had great experiences with Tristate -ask for Pete!- he saved the day when this went badly). They lied to me about when my camera would be delivered, failed to respond to over 6 emails and three phone calls, repeatedly hung up on me and were unapologetic about the month long (this is not an exaggeration) wait for my camera that they did not tell me about. This was infuriating but it only got worse. I wrote and asked repeatedly about my order and they did not get back to me. I spoke with Chris originally (customer service) and he seemed great but then failed to follow through. Although, after the fact, I realized he had pushed me to order unnecessary equipment and spend more than I wanted to. After not receiving my promised order for over three weeks I called and called on top of the emails and was promised by Luke that I would receive a call on Sunday. Today is Tuesday and I finally spoke to Adam who is the supervisor who seemed completely unapologetic and irritated with me. I ended up canceling my order after all of that since they were not trying to make it better in any capacity Do not order from this camera shop - you will be disappointed.
