A bit sleezy. They play this game where you call in to confirm your order then suddenly the "free shipping" has gone to $25 for insurance since, as I'm told, UPS only covers $100. These people are not above outright lying. In order to upsell me on a spare battery I was told that the battery for my camcorder would only last 20 minutes even though Sony and others rate it at 60-100 min. "That is only stand-by time" I was told by the Broadway guy. "Just like when you buy a car that gets 28 MPG. You'll never actually get that except when you're going downhill or being pushed". HE ACTUALLY SAID THIS. When I called in to cancel my order I was on hold for over 30 minutes but they did allow me to cancel, probably because I wouldn't buy their up-sell items. In the background I could hear sales guys giving the same spiel that I got about batteries. I asked if the battery they were pushing was a Sony product. "Very good question, sir. This is made by the same compnay who makes the battery for Sony." I'm calling BS. I just turned around and bought the camcorder from Crutchfield who I have NEVER had a problem with. Yes they were a little more expensive but not even worth the time I already wasted with Broadway.
